		<description>I am glad you liked them! I have had them turn out watery too if I don&#039;t squeeze enough water out of the zucchini. Make sure you squeeze the shredded zucchini pretty well before adding it to the batter. Bon Appetit and Keep Cooking!</description>

		<description>I made these last night and they were SO good.I had to add a lot of flour  I&#039;m not sure if my zuchinni was just rlalely juicy or what but do you have to have them completely solid once you start frying them?I just decided to wing it after a while and plopped them in the pan. still turned out amazing!</description>
